Water Management District boundary polygons, with detailed shoreline and offshore polygons for Florida. This is a standard set of WMD boundaries, with detailed shoreline at approximately 40K scale and offshore boundaries for Florida. The interior WMD boundaries are primarily from the "original, official" set of lines that were adopted for statewide use in the 1990s, with slight modifications. Includes the NOAA 3-nm "nearshore" boundary and the NOAA 12-nm "offshore" boundary. The Lake Okeechobee boundary was adapted from the levee centerline. Coordinates are in state-plane Florida east zone, NAD83(HARN), US feet. |
