Description: SFWMD boundary polygon, with shoreline and offshore polygons at 1M scale. This is the standard boundary for the SFWMD, with generalized shorelines at 1M scale and offshore boundaries. It can be used for index maps or maps that do not require detailed shorelines. The interior WMD boundaries are primarily from the "original, official" set of lines that were adopted for statewide use in the 1990s, with slight modifications. Includes the NOAA 3-nm "nearshore" boundary and the NOAA 12-nm "offshore" boundary. The Lake Okeechobee boundary was adapted from the levee centerline. Coordinates are in state-plane Florida east zone, NAD83(HARN), US feet.
