It is considered to be the "final" version of provisional polygon features. This feature class is for SFWMD staff to finalize the scratch features that a public water utility user has saved. Once finalized, these polygon features are considered status "final" and ready for migrating into versions for analysis and publication. The utility service areas publication data was created to help analyze current and future population and associated water use demands, and to prepare maps in support of the South Florida Water Management District's four regional planning Areas (Lower West Coast, Upper East Coast, Lower East Coast, Kissimmee Basin).</SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN /></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">Use limitations</SPAN><SPAN /><SPAN /></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 7 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>None.
