Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>NAVTEQ's Secondary Highways for Detailed Coverage Area 9: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and Parts of North Carolina - The Secondary Highways layer contains Road Network features based on the Functional Class value on each link present in NAVSTREETS. The Secondary Highways layer contains all links that have a Functional Class value of Level 3 and Level 4. Functional Class defines a 5 level hierarchical network used to determine a logical and efficient route for a traveller. A Functional Class value of 1 represents the highest volumn and maximum speed traffic movement and a value of 5 the lowest. This NAVTEQ dataset is released on a Quarterly basis. This dataset is a subset of the full NAVTEQ NAVSTREETS database.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>With the most accurate geometry, the highest number of attributes, and the most complete detailed coverage, NAVTEQ data is the ideal resource for Fleet applications that offer route planning and optimization, and GIS geocoding and other applications that require superior accuracy, and location-enabled services, from Personal Navigation Devices (PNDs) and mobile social networking, to location-enabled entertainment, leisure, and business applications.
