The 1999-2000 Southern and Central Florida Land Use serves as documentation of land cover and land use in southern and central Florida as it existed in 1999. Land cover/land use data was photointerpreted from 1999 1:40,000 scale NAPP CIR aerial photography and classified using the SFWMD modified FLUCCS classification system. Features were stereoscopically interpreted from the aerial photography and vector data was compiled on screen over corresponding USGS DOQ's. Horizontal accuracy of the data corresponds to the positional accuracy of the USGS DOQ's.
