Usage Limitation and Copyright Information<\/b><\/p>

4. Limitations on Use of Product and/or NT Data<\/font><\/p>

 (a) Florida agrees to use the Product and/or NT Data solely for the Permitted Uses shown in Section 1 and not for resale or other transfer or
disposition to, or use by or for the benefit of, any other person or organization, except as permitted in subsection 9(c) below.<\/font><\/p>

 (b) Use of the Product and/or NT Data is limited to use by Florida depending on the type of license granted, temporarily on another computer system
while the Florida computer is inoperative, or on a replacement computer system upon advance written consent by GIS-SOLUTIONS. The information and
data contained in the Product and/or NT Data, or any portion thereof, may not be transferred to or used on any other computer system except as
provided for herein. Florida may disseminate reports and analyses that contain \u201cinsubstantial\u201d portions of the Product and/or NT Data by either hard
 copy or view only access; provided that such dissemination is for human cognition only and not for manipulation in machine readable form (\u201cHard Copy
 Redistribution\u201d). \u201cInsubstantial\u201d means those portions of Product and/or NT Data which in the aggregate do not form a significant part of the
Product and/or NT Data from which they were derived, combined or revised. Florida may make an unlimited number of print and internet display copies
 of the Product and/or NT Data for use inside Florida\u2019s organization, provided that:
 
  (1) all copies include the copyright notice prominently
  displayed in or adjacent to the Product and/or NT Data;
  (2) Florida may not sell any copies made for such purposes outside the scope of this license;
  (3) with the exception provided herein, Florida will prohibit and prevent this data from being downloaded or screen captured by individuals or
  organizations located outside of the licensed entity; and
  (4) Florida may display the Product and/or NT Data on internally operated and controlled
State Internet sites as provided for herein. Other than Hard Copy Redistribution outside of the licensed entities; no other redistribution of the
Product and/or NT Data is permitted unless first approved by GIS-SOLUTIONS.<\/font><\/p>

(c) Florida shall not use the Product and/or NT Data for any unlawful purpose.<\/font><\/p>

(d) Florida is specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any copies of or derivative works of the Product and/or NT Data,
however made, and from distributing such copies with other products of any kind, commercial or otherwise, without prior written permission from
GIS-SOLUTIONS.<\/font><\/p>

(e) Florida may post at full resolution on internally operated and controlled State Internet sites under the following conditions: The Product and
derivative works may be posted at full resolution for non-commercial purpose in a non-downloadable, non-distributable fashion and in a manner that
does not allow an unlicensed third party to extract or access the Product and/or NT Data as a standalone file. Licensee agrees to withhold those
Product and/or NT Data that are exempt from disclosure under Florida Public Records Law.<\/font><\/p>

(f) Florida agrees not to export from anywhere any part of the Product and or NT Data provided to Florida or any derivative product thereof except
 in compliance with and with all licenses and approvals required under applicable export laws, rules and regulations.<\/font><\/p>


5. Intellectual Property<\/font><\/p>

GIS-SOLUTIONS, NT and their suppliers retain and will hold all ownership rights in all intellectual property embodied in the Product and/or NT Data
including without limitation all trademarks, trade names, copyrights, service marks, source code, object code, documentation or data contained in
the Product and/or NT Data, or any derivative works or modifications of any kind thereto. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed a transfer by
GIS-SOLUTIONS or NT and their suppliers of any rights therein, nor a right to customize, manage or otherwise manipulate the Product and/or NT Data
except as provided for herein.<\/font><\/p>
